Delivery

All items purchased will be sent promptly with appropriate packaging.

An optimal time of 2-3 days is aimed for with regard to sending of purchased items.

If there should be any delay in delivery of items, this will be due to exceptional circumstances.

The vendor will endeavour to send all items within the aforementioned optimal delivery time.

All items will be sent by post and delivered in accordance with the delivery company’s delivery standards.

In the UK, this usually means 4-5 working days and for Europe 6-14 days from the time of posting of the item.

Delivery times might take longer to other parts of the world.

Items purchased are expected to be delivered in a satisfactory condition for the customer.

Returns

You have ​14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.
